    Our favorite pizza place! We love their pizza (pepperoni sizzler ) but the calzones are perfect. Definitely get a side of marinara (or two) because their sauce is delicious!

    Pizza greasy and room temperature.
    They put pizza on a metal shelf after it is boxed. Picked it up 3 minutes earlier than they said. Went straight home within 5 minutes. Opened box and it was cold.  Wings were mostly the little skinny winglets. Out of whole container have 2 drumettes. I won't be back.  Pretty bad!

    We have been ordering from this place since we moved to Worcester almost 10 years ago. Mostly because it's close to our home. The pizza is okay, the sandwiches are okay. What's not okay is screwing up my order again (which happens, I don't expect perfection), and then asking me when I called to get the correct order if I "specified" that I wanted my 3 Italian subs cold, not toasted. (I did specify). Saying that I did not, because the person who took my order said that I didn't, is not okay. (I had 3 witnesses). "That's how we make them," is not okay. Being told that they are not Burger King is not okay. And then being asked if anyone had touched the subs that I returned? I said that I didn't know, but what difference does it make? Are you planning to sell them to someone else? She said "No, but that would be an additional charge." REALLY? THEY THINK THAT I WILL GIVE THEM MORE OF MY MONEY?! I said that I would like to see her try to get more money out of me. Needless to say, no one in my family will be spending any more money at this place. Hopefully, they will learn some basic customer service skills. Consider yourself warned!

    Ordering online is fast and easy and the orders translate perfect . The calzones and pizzas are great and the chicken salad with bacon is mouth watering.  It's my new pizza place

    We ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza along with potato skins takeout on a Friday night. The driver brought the pizza but forgot the skins, although he came back 20 minutes later with them and apologized. The pizza itself was very mediocre as pizza goes in Worcester. It was fine; there was just nothing special about it. Not particularly hot either.

    In short, I wouldn't recommend Burncoat Pizza as there are much better options in that part of Worcester.
